II - LONG STROKE BLOWER (MARK 2)
THE AGRAM PEGASUS LSB II soot blower is designed
for use on water tube boilers, fired heaters and
furnaces in the industrial and petrochemical industries.
This unit is fitted to the casing of the heat
exchanger by means of a mounting flange at the
front and a support bracket at the rear.
OPERATION
The drive assembly draws the carriage by means
of a duplex chain forward at the same time causes
the lance to rotate. This action causes the steam
emitting from the venturi type nozzle ports to
describe a helix path, thereby cleaning the tube
bank of any soot deposit.
The simple design and construction philosophy
of the PEGASUS LSBII allows for easy adaptation
to any application and ease of maintenance.
The AGRAM PEGASUS LSBII BLOWER can be mounted
either horizontally or vertically to suit the
cleaning requirement. |
