Optimal combustion is achieved if:
The excess air and oxygen volume is high enough to burn all CO completely and simultaneously.
The excess air volume is limited in order to minimise energy loss through the hot flue gas emission into the atmosphere.
Reduction of excess oxygen by just one percentage point will improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler by 1%.
Using the Agram Energy Boiler Combustion Control System, we have achieved a 5-10% reduction in flue gas oxygen.
That translates to a boiler which is more efficient and provides fuel savings of up to 15%.
The Agram Energy Boiler Combustion Control System works to maintain maximum combustion efficiency by constantly monitoring gas levels to achieve consistent and ideal burning conditions.
